Is PlushSMP open?
Yes. PlushSMP is open now.
What address and version do I use?
Use plushsmp.com. Java players must select exactly version 1.21.11 and use port 25565; Bedrock uses UDP port 19132.
Why can I not move normally on Java?
If movement jolts or rubber-bands, Grim reports repeated Simulation failures, or you disconnect with Invalid packet, first confirm that your Java client is exactly version 1.21.11, then reconnect.
Why do multiple Bedrock players disconnect on Starlink?
Two or more Bedrock devices sharing one Starlink internet connection may connect successfully and then repeatedly disconnect because Bedrock gameplay uses UDP. Try connecting one Bedrock device at a time. If the connection becomes stable, move one device to another internet connection or a mobile hotspot.
Can Java and Bedrock play together?
Yes. Java and Bedrock players share the same world.
Long-term home
The world
Will the world reset?
PlushSMP is designed as a persistent long-term world rather than a seasonal-reset server. Backups and recovery procedures reduce risk.
What kind of terrain is it?
The bounded, pre-generated Overworld uses Terralith and Structory and includes curated castles, ships, a museum, special buildings, and a Grand Prix circuit.
Is there a resource world?
No. PlushSMP is focused on one long-term survival world.
Community
Safety and moderation
Is PlushSMP family-friendly?
Yes. Public text is filtered, reports are private, moderation is audited, and claims protect builds. Family-friendly is not a replacement for parental supervision.
How do I report someone?
Use /ignore <player> for immediate space, /report <player> <reason> for private review, and /appeal create for appeals.
Where are the rules?
Use /rules, read the website rules, and keep the in-game PlushSMP Rules & Guide supplied to players.
Plugin v1.40.3
Player interfaces
What is at spawn?
The protected plaza has seven woodland houses and nine distinct first-party mannequin mascot stations for safety, Guide, claims, travel, trade, communities, events, StuffyDex, and settings. Each mannequin faces spawn with a distinct category-colored outline. A private welcome overlay greets only its viewer. Public named boards show Top Deaths, Top Economy, and Top Market Sales; deaths are tracked only from plugin v1.40.3 onward. Interacting with a mascot opens the matching safe interface directly; displays never run arbitrary commands.
How do I open the in-game guide?
Use /guide for the Java inventory or Bedrock form, or /guide text for chat. Categories only display help and never execute commands. /guide refresh updates a tagged guide book only while you hold it and never issues another copy. These interfaces are live, but real-client UI acceptance is not claimed.
Who can see my profile?
/profile and its /statistics alias are sender-only. They show your own read-only progress; use either command with text for chat.
How do settings open?
/settings opens the Java or Bedrock interface first. /settings text, list, set, toggle, and reset remain permanent text controls. The persisted spawn-overlays setting defaults on and low-clutter defaults off. Both are active: low clutter hides the optional station and board overlays.
How can I list homes safely?
/home list and /homes privately show only your saved home names, with no coordinates or world details.
Does /balance differ from /money?
No. /balance is a full alias and accepts the same forms as /money.
Survival
Gameplay
Is PlushSMP pay-to-win?
No. Progression, currency, claims, cosmetics, and gameplay rewards are earned through play.
What happens when I die?
Your inventory enters a protected death box for up to 72 hours. Keep-inventory remains off.
How many players must sleep to skip night?
Night skips when at least 10% of the online players are sleeping.
How do claims and markets work?
Use the Claim Tool on two corners to protect a base. Market listings hold one exact stack and remain claimable through the supported delivery flow. See the market guide.
Is the 100-entry StuffyDex live?
Yes. Series One is the permanent numbered #001-#100 Stuffy collection. The catalog, referrals, Fusion, milestones, interfaces, and Java and Bedrock packs are available, and client checks are complete. Living Event routes may grow automatically as the world is explored.
What do wearable stuffies do?
All 39 creature stuffies can be placed or worn. The Ender Dragon Stuffy requires nine different original families in a full crafting grid and combines all 14 original abilities plus unique Dragon Sight Night Vision. See the ability guide.
How does the Crown begin?
The one protected Crown starts as a pickup at world spawn. Remove your helmet and walk into it to become the first holder. It cannot be crafted or looted; later it changes hands when a defeated holder drops it. Read the Crown guide.
Do explosions damage builds?
No. TNT, creepers, explosive minecarts, and supported custom blasts can still damage entities, but cannot destroy blocks or start explosion fires.
Which chests refill?
Eligible naturally generated structure-loot chests across the entire Overworld, Nether, and End refill with three to five stacks when empty on their first open in each new 72-hour cycle. Public-landmark chests and barrels also refill. Player-placed chests and private storage never do.
What other systems are available?
Plush Coins, ranks, weekly quests, journals, Weekend Fishing, races, hunts, festivals, build contests, trade stations, libraries, homes, portals, consensual travel, opt-in PvP, aircraft, gadgets, map-wide refillable exploration loot, and Java/Bedrock controls are available. Browse the world guide and command guide.
Optional roleplay
Woodland Cats
Do I have to participate?
No. Woodland Cats is an optional inner game and never replaces inventory, permissions, normal teams, claims, PvP, moderation, combat, or collision. Players who opt out retain the existing survival experience.
Is it live now?
Yes. Kittens, maturation, Deputy, Queen, Elder, consent-based family links, and safe opt-in follow are available. Read the full guide.
Is Woodland chat private?
No. Sending and receiving require explicit opt-in, but it remains a moderated public roleplay channel with the normal family filter, rate controls, /ignore, and staff safeguards.
