Eligibility and accounts
You must have a valid Minecraft account and permission to use it. If local law or platform rules require parent or guardian permission, you confirm that permission before joining. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.
What PlushSMP provides
PlushSMP provides a community-operated survival server with custom gameplay, persistent data, resource packs, moderation, and related web information. Features, recipes, balance, capacity, and integrations may change to protect safety, fairness, performance, or the long-term world.
PlushSMP is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the current community rules and reasonable immediate safety directions from authorized staff.
- Do not attack, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the server, website, database, backups, staff tools, or other players' accounts.
- Do not use the service to collect personal information, groom, harass, defraud, impersonate, threaten, or advertise without permission.
- Privately report security and gameplay vulnerabilities; do not exploit or publish them.
Virtual items and progress
World builds, Plush Coins, ranks, claims, stuffies, items, cosmetics, listings, and other game state have no guaranteed real-world monetary value or ownership right outside the service. Do not buy, sell, or exchange them for real money unless a future written policy explicitly allows it.
Moderation and appeals
Staff may remove content, restrict communication, restore damage, reverse abusive transactions, kick, mute, suspend, or ban accounts to enforce rules and protect the service. Serious safety or security issues may receive immediate restriction.
Use the private appeal process rather than evading or arguing an action in public. An appeal guarantees review when staffing permits, not a particular outcome.
Availability and change
The world is designed for long-term operation, but uninterrupted uptime or perfect data preservation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, software defects, hardware failures, attacks, provider failures, force majeure, or safety incidents may interrupt or alter service. Backups and tested recovery procedures reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
Material term changes will receive a new effective date and reasonable notice through available official channels.
